Key Pickup: $20

Consultations:1st Consultation up to an hour is free. Additional time will be $25 an hour.

Any additional Consultations needed will be $25 per hour.

Holiday Fees
Easter Weekend (Fri-Sun)

Memorial Weekend (Fri-Mon)

July 4th Week (July 2nd-6th)

July 24th Week (July 22nd-26th)

Labor Day Weekend (Fri-Mon)

Thanksgiving Week (Wednesday before Thanksgiving thru Sun)

Christmas/New Years Holiday (Dec 20th-Jan 2nd)

During these lengths of time there is an additional fee of $10 per overnight stay and/or $3 per daily visits or Pet Taxi ride. (Overnights that fall on the last day of the holiday period will be charged).

Cancellation Policy

Overnight Stays:
 • A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates
 • Cancel 14+ days prior → Full deposit refunded or applied to a future stay                       • Cancel 8–14 days prior → $70 inconvenience fee applies                                                 • Cancel within 7 days → 50% deposit forfeited (majority paid to the assigned sitter)      Daily Visits:
• Cancel within 7 days → $25 inconvenience fee applies
• Cancel within 3 days → $50 cancellation fee applies (majority paid to sitter)               All cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, as we understand that unexpected situations can arise.
